Charity auction of a “The Macallan Private Eye” whisky bottle supports the Army of Angels Association.
This bottle is in celebration of the 35th anniversary of Private Eye magazine. It has a unique stencilled label, created by the famous cartoonist Ralph Steadman. Restricted to a Limited Edition of 5000 bottles all individually numbered and distilled in 1961.
An iconic bottle of whisky from the Speyside legend that is Macallan; rare, collectable and lovely to drink.
The Army of Angels UK Forces Charity provides direct and indirect support to serving and veterans in the British Armed Forces who have been injured mentally or physically while serving in conflicts. We also support their families and co-dependents.
Proceeds from this auction will be used to fund injured service personnel to visit their holiday home in Weymouth and that would cost around £300-£600 per family per week.
The shipping cost is not included as part of the final bid.
Please note identification may be required as part of the final bid due to the nature of the item.
This auction was made in partnership with Whisky Drams. Please note the starting bid amount of 2100£ will be reserved for Whisky Drams, with the remaining amount raised to benefit Army of Angels.
